Important Information to Consider Before Scheduling a Consultation

Insurance Coverage
- I only accept the following insurances in the state of Florida through a third-party provider called Alma: Oscar, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Cigna and Aetna.
- Alma will be used to collect your insurance information and process billing for these plans.
Cash Pay Rate
- If you prefer to pay out of pocket, my fee is $200.00 per 1-hour session
Hourly Therapy Sessions
- Hourly sessions are only available Tuesday-Friday (no weekends). Weekend sessions are reserved for therapy intensives.
Telehealth Services
- All services are offered exclusively via telehealth to provide convenient access to care.

Consultation for therapy Intensives

30 minutes

If you are interested in a therapy intensive that ranges from 2-3 hours per session over a 2-3 day period, please book this type of consultation. Therapy intensives will include both a 90-minute intake session and a 60-minute follow-up session 1-2 weeks after the therapy intensive. Pricing packages will be reviewed during the consultation.

Consultation for hourly sessions

15 minutes

If you are interested in starting individual therapy at 60 minutes per session, please book this type of consultation. This is a good option for individuals who are seeking weekly or bi-monthly (twice per month) sessions to work on a specific issue.
